do you apply CLP on ALL parts of the gun? including firing pin, hammer, chamber notch, ejector star, ejector rod?

can you clarify what this means? if i fire 6 rounds of this unseated ammo and the 7th round becomes seated from the recoil of 6 shots then i should be worried? i don't get how the firing of other rounds could move the seating of the bullet that has not been fired yet?
