i would rather not start drilling into the gun...it looks cool dont get me wrong... just new gun i dont want to go down the road of possibly voiding the warranty.... any other ways...

first off i just got my ar 15-22 yesterday... love it and i have had no problems with it... :) the only thing i dont like about the gun is the location of the sling attachment point on the stock. i would really like to use the magpul ASAP mount but sense the tube dosent come off that is out...
