    Concealed weapon Badge

CCW badges are a very bad idea. You will be investigated for impersonating a peace officer. Don't carry a CCW badge. I'm a retired CAL peace officer and have my retired badge. I do not carry it, just my endorsed ID card. A concealed weapon means CONCEALED! In over 40 ears of carrying...

JUST ORDERED A 327 TRR8 ULTIMATE HOUSE GUN NEW VIDEO ADDED

First, I love the You Tube videos! I use a TR 325 revolver as my home defense gun and love it. My eyes are going bad as well, but I have not placed an RMR on the 325. I have RMRs on a couple of Glocks and there okay but take some getting used to. I had a 38 year law enforcement career...

    Rethinking some carry decisions

When I was working a large dog attacked fellow officers who were serving a search warrant. Handgun rounds, at that time 38 special to the head were not effective. A shotgun was used to stop the attack.

Anyone actually own a pistol [fired] in [civilian] self defense?

I guess I do- I shot a warning round at an armed bank robbery suspect that was running from us. ( We found his gun later in a creek that he ran through in the foot chase). I fired the round and he stopped and threw up. It was over! I never aimed even close to him. I had the perfect back...

LEOs: Revolvers for Duty in 2019?

It breaks my heart to vote no, but I did. I started my law enforcement with a Mod 19 and thought I was a big time operator when I switched it out to a 4" 686! I was fortunate during my LE career to train with Col. Cooper, Ed Stock, Scotty Reitz and Larry Vickers to name just a few and to...
