This 6" barrel stainless steel 629 - no dash- is one of the early pinned & recessed models. It comes in the original walnut presentation case, the felt started crumbling out of it so I removed it all, now its just the black plastic mold with out the felt. Also has all of the original and unused...

Thanks for the input everyone! I'm still trying to determine if it has ever been fired, I can run a Q-tip through the barrel and it will pick up just a slight bit of residue. But I cant tell if that is just dust and oil from sitting over time or what. Is there some sort of way I can tell?

I have the model 629 44 mag I gained in an inheritance, I unfortunately have to sell it. I'm not very knowledgeable about this particular weapon and was hoping you all could help me out with a few questions before I list it in the classifieds. Its stainless steel with 6" barrel in original...
