    Yoke Facing cutter/reamer

I know this is an old thread, but the lack of a commercially produced facing tool is a continuing problem that I finally solved for myself today. I could have made a mandrel and used a brownells barrel facing cutter mentioned above but I wanted a non-handheld solution as I do not like the...

    M&P 15-22 Barrel Threading

I thread S&W15/22 barrels almost weekly. I set up a service which includes removing the barrel from the upper, threading, re-crowning and then reassembling the upper as a standard package price. Full details are on my website 22BARRELS.COM HOME

    M&P 15-22 barrel diameter

I think the issue is that the handguard cap won't slide over the muzzle device. Since you can't access the barrel nut without removing the handguard cap and you can't remove the barrel without removing the muzzle device to clear the handguard cap, it goes to reason that the only way to remove...

    15-22 Barrel threading

Someone else told me I should sign up here because my services might be of interest... I had 3 different requests for threading these barrels in the last week to ten days. I finally got one in the shop last night and made the special barrel wrench. I can now tear down and rebuild these uppers...
