    I called..They were only able to give me the date of manufactuer 10-06-93.They stated "I am not able to verify the exact finish that it left the factory with".

    The polished slide's signature Lady Smith is deep and perfect.Smooth to the touch.The other slides signature is rough to the touch.Dose not appear as if previous owner(s) polished it to remove it.
