Hey all, FYI I purchased a 40 shield a few months ago and am having the same problem. I *think* it may be a combination of Hornady crit defense ammo and the extended mag. I just, two hours ago, cleaned mine and loaded up an extended mag. I put it into the gun,racked the slide, and *jam* right...
