I have a near perfect 6906, which IMHO is the best edc option. Takes 5906 mags if you need more fire power than 12. 600 + rounds and owned for over 20 years. What do you think?

Engraving by Gerry Beathard, Texas
Had my 745 slide engraved by Gerald Beathard and then case hardened by Texas famous Bobby Tyler. The frame is already custom. (Who else but S&W would have both high polish and matt finished frames?). One of the best shooting 45's ever made. Going to be an heirloom.
Model 1902 or 1905 1st change Nickel

The world is small. Message in a bottle. I bought the Model 1905 1st change nickel (or 1902) from Sherl Folger by auction. Who bought from you.
Check me out "beretta09". How did Roy Jinks tell you the m date?
Don't know how to private message...
Shiny or Parkerized Still Super
Thanks Gary:

Thank you wiregrassguy. Of course "mushroom" erk !
Assembly no. 15330 only on yoke, no other marks.
Lastly, tell me more about the Denver order. Maybe that why this was so clean.
Interesting find. Surfaces near perfect with no buffing loss of stamping details. #182xxx from WWI surplus commercial (LERK) frame but with large logo on right side (1936?) Combination. No marks under grips on frame to show it went back to S&W. Any ideas that this is an early Commercial prior to...
