I've seen the domed base bullets, they use a ball end top punch instead of a flat punch. Like the 148 HBWC we use a pin punch that makes a hollow cavity in the base of a 124gr bullet giving it a length of the 147gr

Me too, I have many OEM customers screaming for them. Honestly I don't shoot our current HP, they were not made to expand, but if you have to have a rearward weighted bullet it does that. Our line of hollow based bullets have shown that they are very accurate.
