I had the same problem with all four of my mags and I fixed problem by taking mags apart and cutting four coils off bottom of mag springs. I now can load all 16 rounds with no problems and gun fires 16 +1 prefect now! The springs were bottoming out when loading 16 rounds in mag before shorting...
