thanks! my range time is very limited and far from me, I can see mine too but when I pull the trigger and hold it (the trigger) back, it does not protrude at all from the frame at all (every other revolver I have does until you release the triger) so I doubt it is coming out at all.

I bought a brand new 38 bodyguard revolver (the one with ambidextrous release/no external hammer) I dry fired it (nice smooth pull for the price!) and with the trigger held back...I looked for the fire pin to estimate if I would be plagued with lite hits/unreliable ignitions. I saw no firing...
