Well my 60 only carries 5 shots so that doesn't bother me. What models have 5 shots besides 696's.

What is the best revolver in 44mag or special to carry. Or which one is most carry-able.

The guy he bought it from had it under his car seat. I spent all day yesterday cleaning it. Came out OK but the finish is gone in places around the trigger guard. Wasn't shot much though, so he got a good shooter at a bargain price.

He only bought it because I told him I would only take him shooting if he had a S&W.

Just what title says, I'm looking for a set of Rodgers grips ( bought out by Safariland, then discontinued ) for a J frame RB for my model 60 no dash. I already have one set for my K frame and need to match them.

Looks like you are looking for a light 357 load not +p+. Try using the cowboy loads for 357. There is a lot of them listed and they are easy on the gun and hand. I use Trail Boss for light 357 loads and they shoot fine. Just look at www.Imrpowder.com/data/handgun/trailboss.

1.585 is the OAL min. for Oregon Trail's bullet but there is only really one place to crimp it to and that is the crimp grove on the bullet.

Try a lee factory crimp die, it may resize the area that is too large in the neck. The hard cast don't size down very much when crimped. Are you crimping them into the grove in the bullet?
