Yes 44 special is great for prolonged shooting.

Current 5” 629 in custom holster

My first handgun was a Dirty Harry 29. God I loved that gun but had to sell. Now have 2 629 classics. Working on getting my classic 29 back in 6.5”. S&W forever

Has anyone used the CCI or any brand of snakeshot in a 629 in the field as in shooting a real snake? If so how do they perform? Many thanks, :)

I'm working on learning to post pictures so bear with me. It's a 5" version. Shoots great. I got on a 10mm kick for awhile but nothing replaces the big 6 gun.
