I just picked up a M&P shield 9mm last Wednesday and I am very impressed with it. I let my wife shoot it (since it was her birthday when i bought it) and she was also impressed with how well it shoots. My only problem is I now hate the trigger on my S&W SD40VE, I guess I will have to look into...

Ok thanks for the reply, I have not modified anything on my pistol. Just weird that the trigger pivot pin worked loose after a few hundred rounds.

New to the site, I picked up a S&W SD40VE a few months ago and love it so far. I am looking to pick up a S&W MP-15 in the future.

Did you call S&W or did you just order new trigger pivot pin and slide release?

I picked up my SD40 a few months ago and I am pretty happy with it. It has shot everything I put in it without any problems.
