    Cartridge ID

It looks like either a Glaser Safety Slug or PowRball round. Corbon makes them both

    Bent .223 Round

I would discard it. It may change the pressure enough to cause a catastrophic issue. My guns and body are worth more than a 223 round

There certainly is +P ammunition for the 38 Super caliber.

Yes, it’s still available from CORBON.

    Early CORBON?

Yes they did use stick on labels for a few years and yes they did load in RP and Starline brass when the supply of CB brass ran short. They never "reloaded" ammo. It is factory loaded first run ammunition.

    Cor-Bon is gone?

y I don't know their names but it is a father and son who have owned several successful businesses in the past.

    Ammo ?

I'd shoot the wadcutters and the Hydra Shok's for practice. The rest is all really good stuff. Btw, the Hydra Shoks are terrible and do not expand from realistic barrel lengths.

    What's wrong with this brass?

I was in the ammo business for 25 years and his is what we saw from brass suppliers that were based in very humid areas.
