Did you encounter any "bubbles" or gaps in the plastic?

Maybe just a few close-up pictures of the beavertail. Where the material has been removed. Thanks!

    M&P 22 For Target Shooting

I was in the same boat as you and actually opted for the Ruger 22/45. It was a PITA to strip the first time, but now that I have done it several times, it is pretty darn simple. Just saying that shouldn't be anything to steer you away from the Ruger, just a steeper learning curve is all. That...

Who else has dumped other platforms for the M&P

Well, I did end up getting rid of the PPQ. The trigger on the PPQ is pretty sweet. And the fit and finish is pristine. The M&P is all business though and it just "fits" me better. The grip and muzzle flip of the PPQ caused my accuracy to suffer a bit. I am a fairly new pistol owner and I...

    Love the M&P9

I biought the PPQ having never fired it. The trigger is amazing! Right out of the box, she is beautiful. I know I am in the minority but I just couldn't get comfortable with it. The slick grip, the muzzle flip, it all bothered me and my accuracy suffered. So I made the change, and am glad I...

    Love the M&P9

I just had to say it. I actually ditched a Walther PPQ to get a M&P. The Walther has really nice fit and finish, but the M&P is all business. The trigger on the Walther is better out of the box, but the M&P just "fits" me.

    M&P 9FS Beavertail removal?

Has anyone ever removed the beavertail off the M&P? I hate the way it looks and my hand doesn't really contact it anyway. I know there are some smiths out there that do it, but if it is something I can do myself, that would save me having to ship it out and be without it for too long.

Is the M&P Pro 9 worth it?

Do you think the Pro trigger is too light? Is the apex trigger conversion actually better than the pro trigger?

Who else has dumped other platforms for the M&P

    I am contemplating dumping a Walther PPQ for a M&P 9.

Is the M&P Pro 9 worth it?

I am interested in getting the M&P Pro 9, but want to know if the price difference is worth it? What do you get for the price difference beside night sights and trigger change?
