Never met a Van Morrison song I haven't liked. Some not as much as others, and some that touch your soul. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t_YGC_vA0Og&ab_channel=VanMorrison-Topic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbZf8GY1-Ag&ab_channel=VanMorrison-Topic...

    Big Decision

Wow! You all have came through with great advice, prayers, your own experiences, and more. The second opinion has been on the table from the get go. Been there before. Doctors are just like the rest of us, another set of eyes may have a different perception of the same images and information...

    Big Decision

As I've posted many times, I'm a person that has lived with chronic pain (majority of which is nerve damage related) for a couple of decades. I had my first comparatively minor surgery in 2008, second 2015. These did little to nothing to relieve pain, but saved the use of my hands/arms. Still...

I'm one of those people that has learned not to try explaining my love of Dylan's songs, and yes with him performing them! A couple from "Blood On The Tracks." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKcNyMBw818&ab_channel=BobDylanVEVO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agdoeRpTfHg&ab_channel=BobDylanVEVO

    Highway Patrol with Broderick Crawford

One of the earliest tv shows I remember watching as a child. Only one Broderick Crawford.

After Being Inside A Super Bearcat

I guess I should have made myself clearer concerning the springs. My one spring statement was directed at the action stiffness and trigger pull. The trigger return spring does its job, but I don't think it plays much of a role in the overall action feel. There's a single set screw that's only...

After Being Inside A Super Bearcat

I've got two Wrangler revolvers and design wise they're very much like a New Model Single Six. As you know they have fairly heavy mainsprings and creep filled triggers. My two contain parts that when compared with the finish of the Bearcat parts are lot more refined. One of my Wranglers is a...

After Being Inside A Super Bearcat

My choose of words never once crossed my mind. I can't believe I didn't catch it. I'm slipping! Best laugh I've had in a while.

After Being Inside A Super Bearcat

I really enjoy tinkering. I reckon I've developed a reputation of being that guy. "Let's take it to Cdog and see what he can do with it." Let me preface this with "I'm not here to bash Ruger." I own several and enjoy them all. I was recently brought a stainless adjustable sight Ruger Bearcat...

    Powder Scale Recommendations

I have an RCBS 10-10 that has been and will continue to be my go to scale. I also have one of the current models from RCBS that came with a package deal I couldn’t resist. The new one works fine, seems to quite accurate. It shares many traits of the Lee scale, both good and bad. Both are very...

So much very young talent in this group. Paul Kossoff was a true artist that died much too soon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dApuKznj1Jo&ab_channel=FreeBand

    45 Colt

I'm a huge fan of big bore revolvers. The traditional pressure .45 Colt round is a pleasure to shoot from every type of firearm I've used it in. I once had a very nice H&R premium wood single shot carbine I wish I'd held on to. Simply an often overlooked gem of the shooting community.

    45 Colt

If I read the post correctly, one of those targets was the result of shooting a dukes mixture of projectiles and powder doses. I interpreted the post as, One group of a single load. The other as a display of a lot of different loads shot at one target.

I hate to think of this man's music dying off with our generation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F32iOTqoGOY&ab_channel=TheChurchStudio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-H1iQ5Y6Eg&ab_channel=djclay33 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xK0fAy61K34&ab_channel=SouthernRocker MOSAT

    Accurate No. 2 - Under-appreciated?

Too fast for my taste, but not a thing wrong with it. I keep A#5 and #7 as mainstays. A#5 is an excellent all around powder and A#7 works to deliver great higher velocity rounds in 9MM and .38 Super. Don't overlook their rifle powders either. A 2520 has help me produce a lot of match quality...
