    It almost identical to the Shield. It fits perfectly in my crossbreed that I carry my shield in. Just picked it up today so have not broke it down yet

    So if my ser.# is AEK 5 844 Model 686 then it is a no dash??

    I have a 686 that I bought very early 80's. My question is I have been seeing the 686 in dash and no dash what is the difference?? AEK 5 844 Model 686
