    I'd say a case head rupture set off the next round. Reason for the recessed case head cylinder. But I just drive the truck.

    speer gd My manual says the hollow point makes the bullet longer, so you must seat it deaper, probably raising pressure. I too also like 6.5 unique,not for the girls!

    hard turn I had that on a 617 mostly when it was cold; Grease got stiff on the cylinder stop and wouldn't let the stop fall correctly. A little wd-40 cured it. later charliex

    Pierced Primers W/29-2

    primers had a 25-5 that did the pierced primer thing. backed the strain screw off a bit and end of problem. since then, i shortened the screw a little and haven't had any problems-about 20 years and 3 or 4 thousand rounds

    Hand binding on ratchet (Mod 617)

    I would clean the cylinder first and see if that didn't help. Also, I had one that bound up on several places once, alittle oil down the cylinder stop hole cured that. later, charliex
