I'm having the same problem with my wifes 9mm its bare bones stock and the winchester fmj rounds seem to catch on the ramp leading to the chamber. It doesn't seem to do as bad when I rack the slide hard but if I pull it all the way back slowly and let it go it jams. Idk what's causing this and...
