Hello all- decided to start looking into a birth year model 10 for myself. What should I be looking for to ensure it’s a 1965 gun? Serial number range and - number. What models were available? I think a nice 4” pencil barrel would do well but what other options were around? I’m not a...
I'm going to say that after shooting the gun today that I like it. I shot it side by side with my 1967 Model 14 and I like the smooth trigger on the 17 Vs the grooved one on the 14 the single action feels pretty much the same but the double action is night and day in favor of the 14 which I...
I went into the local gun shop today trying to buy some .32 H&R Magnum for the wife's nightstand SP-101. No luck but decided to scratch the itch on the model 17 Classic. I've been watching these for a year and waiting for prices to go down but they aren't so obviously folks are buying them...
I have a 3" SP101 in .327 Federal. It's loud! I'm a .32 H&R shooter so that's what it gets fed but I had to try a box of .327's just to try it. Did I mention Loud? GP100 is a classic that will serve you well, I have three with zero complaints. (Edit) My GP's are of the .357 persuasion...
Have two pairs of Arhends retro combats for K or L frame. One is round to square and the other is square. Square but looks like has a little ding in it and round looks perfect. Round is Cordia, square is maybe walnut? $300 shipped for the pair. PayPal, Venmo, Money order or personal check...
I'll be buying a .32 H&R simply to show the bean counters that the H&R will sell. I want a K frame in .32 H&r pretty badly so whatever I can do to help the cause is worth it. I'd instantly buy two or three K32's if they were produced.
I fired exactly 5 magnums through my 340 M&P and I can pretty much guarantee that will be the extent of its magnum career. I'm a wimp and use it as a .38spl or 9mm (second cylinder) only. Still absolutely love the gun though.
I have a set of Culina Combats in Osage Orange for round butt K or L frame revolvers. They are gorgeous and deserve to be used but just don't quite fit my hand. Grips have been lightly used at the range a few times. Come with screw and the small chunk of wood that came with them as a spacer...
Does anybody happen to have one of these revolvers? I'm wanting to know the width of the front Patridge sight, if someone could take a quick measurement I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
I just don't think 30SC has enough of a following to show that a PCC would sell yet. I'd like to see a .45acp or 10mm which have a sales volume and track record to show they would sell but for some reason nobody is interested in building them.
