    I have M&P # C3548xx. The barrel, cylinder and yoke are all numbered 3548xx. Are your parts numbered to your gun as well? My gun is also a 4 screw.

    Take off the side plate and look for the assembly number. It should match the one on the yoke and frame. If not it's been replaced although the fit looks good.
