    Confused about mass compliance

Thanks for all the replies and good info. Problem is, I've found a 686(older revision) that I wouldmconsider but the person on gunbroker.com said he would ship to mass. Hencenthe reason for my post. I will go to amfewmshops next and see if they can help me find a 686-4. Thanks again.

    Confused about mass compliance

I'm newly licensed in mass for a class A and have decided I want a model 686 for home defense. I've done my research based on what I know about myself and have decided on the rare 686-4 but I'm unsure if I'm allowed to purchase one if I do find one. Help please

    Newbie Looking for a 686-4

Ashlander and BCDWYO, Thank you both for the replies. I am actually looking for the 4" length. I will check out those sites and also post on the WTB. From my research I do realize the 686-4 will be hard to come by but I won't compromise so I will keep at it. thanks again.

Hi forum members, ...I never thought it would happen to me.....oops, wrong forum. I'm newly licensed and am looking for my first firearm. I like older styling and craftsmanship. I've done a fair bit of research, and been to the range and tried a few firearms. I've settled on a S&W 686 but not...
