    Lew Horton Model 25-2 So, if Lew Horton's have no special markings on the barrel, how do you distinguish they are Lew Horton? For example, I was under the impression that Lew Horton made a 3" 25-2 and it had the words "Effector" on the barrel.

    Can anyone tell me if S&W has ever made a factory version of the Model 25 in 45ACP that was LESS than 4 inches? I know there have been several custom "after market" mods, but just trying of find out if S&W ever made one. Thanks. Cliff
