Yikes. I must have lucked out. I bought mine in May (can't determine build date) and have no issues after at least 1000 rounds. Removed easily and never budges. Just doesn't seem to make sense that they can't nail this down. Is it dangerous for us to start logging serial numbers here of...

There ya go. Well done. I put 300 rounds through my Victory tonight on plates with iron sights. I still haven't seen any issues with the take down screw and have taken it down three times now for clean. Mine is a recent build bought in April so perhaps they've made a change? I just LOVE...

That should work. You might have the white stuffing showing after you slice it up but you could bring it to a taylor and have it sewn shut.

Just and update... I went to my LGS for some ammo and had seen a holster that looked like it might fit. They had a SW22 on display so I asked if they could give it a try. Fit like a glove. You can get it direct from Hunter Company.

I'm in the same boat and did some research on this last night. For the most part, you can find many generic new and used holsters out there that will do the job as well as some that are specific to the Ruger MKs. So far it seems that the only SW22 specific holster is the Triple K.. I like...

I tried Brownings 22RL ammo and had FTFs every other round. CCI and SK standard run fine. We should have a sticky of all ammo that works/doesnt work reliably.
