The laser dfinately fits. I have it mounted on the gun right now and it works. It does not have a safety on the frame. I am not sure what do you mean by mag safety. Thanks for looking Corrado

Magsafe Swat load. You cannot get anything less snapier then them. ALso a great SD round with high velocity and no wall penetration. I carry them in all my weapons.
