I would definitly get a stainless or hard chromed gun. My 60 has been great, but the hammer gets me once in a while. I purchased a 642 for the battle axe, and with its lightweight frame and hammerless design...its awsome! I do clean the gun more often since i dont use a holster. Gun gets...

I use the barami on a model 60 all day everyday. You will get used to it. Its the best method i have ever used and certinly dont feel unsafe.

Grandfather killed one in the 40s. .30-06 180 grain factory ammo. Shot it in the lungs...ran 25 yards...died. Still have the pelt.
