M&P15 MOE MID FDE
I've had a M&P15 MOE Mid MAGPUL Spec for 10 yrs and I'd suggest that you do only 2 things to it. 1st, take off the long flash hider and replace it with an A2 one. It's cheap at about $10, simple to do and looks much better than the overly long one they came with. 2nd, the M&P15's trigger is...- COSteve

Why do people keep buying Sport IIs and then modifying them?
My first AR was a RRA Elite CAR Mid-length as the mid length gas system ARs are just smoother and suffer less bolt & extractor issues than the carbine length sytems do. Great rifle and like many I went through stages with it where I added all sorts of stuff and then later decided it was way too...- COSteve

PMags vs. Hexmags v. Metal Mags
I've got 3 ARs, 2ea RRAs and a M&P15 Magpul MOE Mid Special Series. Each AR has it's own set of 10 mags. My RRA middy uses grey aluminum C-Products GI mags I got 14 years ago that still work well, my RRA A4 uses black C-Products GI mags that are some 12 yrs old and work well and my S&W uses...- COSteve
