Question - chamfering cylinder charge holes

I am interested in chamfering the cylinder holes on several of my stainless .38s/.357s. I would like to know what tools people have used and what they feel is best. Thanks

Why do I even bother keeping my S&W 1854?

George, Have you received the rifle yet? Interested to hear about what they "fixed". The negative reports on these 1854s definitely have me leary of purchasing one until they get the kinks worked out.

Had my first ever .22 LR case rim separation

I have never had it happen or even heard of it on a .22lr. I watched an American Rifleman TV show a year or two back where they were at the Winchester ammunition plant in Oxford, MS. What stood out to me was a statement that they produce over 1 million rounds of .22lr PER DAY. Guess a bad one...

    .38 Reloads

Seems a little light, but guessing that will get you in the low to mid 700s speed wise. Problem is Bullseye is unobtanium the last few years so I hope you have a stash of it.

HomeSmith Trainwreck: Mama's got a gun

I love it! I have wanted to do an adjustable sight I frame .32 for a few years. I would have bought that in a millisecond just for the modified features, and dealt with the problems have you have so adroitly done. Great work as always...

    HomeSmith Trainwreck: The Tetanus Special

Allright, I have had enough of you and these target photos You need to quit shooting so accurately, you are giving the rest of us a bad name (or at least a small complex). :)

    The Best .22 Ever Made

You know what they say about opinions, the smell and all. The nylon 66 is a mighty fine .22, but the best ever? Nah...

Why do I even bother keeping my S&W 1854?

That is called a Nielsen Device, used to help semi-auto pistols cycle properly. It should definitely NOT be used in this scenario. You can sell the rifle to me cheap and I will fix it 😁

    Bodyguard Question

It is simply very stiff and not "broken in" yet. Not enough mechanical advantage on the slide release button to overcome the friction of itself, it's contact with the magazine, and the magazine spring. The safety on mine was almost immovable out of the box. I worked it back and forth 500+...

Anyone have their revolver reblued at the S&W factory lately?

I am sending two .22lr rifles out to Glenrock Bluing in the next few weeks. I will do the prep work and they will just dip it. Just an alternative...
