    10-7, 4" pinned, with Grip Adapter....cheap!

Seems to be in mechanically sound condition....everything is tight and solid lock up. Not much in the looks department, but I bet it could tell some stories!

    Just Spotted a Unicorn!

Did the same thing a few weeks ago, traded a Win. Model 54 in 257 Roberts, with Bishop or Fajen stock and period correct Weaver 1.5 x 4.5 scope to 'feed' my 1911 addiction!

    10-7, 4" pinned, with Grip Adapter....cheap!

For $249.99 I bet you'd like it even more!;)

    10-7, 4" pinned, with Grip Adapter....cheap!

Dropped by the LGS today (the one where I missed the 60 Chiefs Special by one day!) to see if anything new and interesting. In the case was a 10-7, 4" pinned with an aluminum grip adapter showing no name/markings on visible surfaces. Everything is very tight with good bore. Bluing worn (75-80% +...

    34-1 2" Nickel

No, it does not have a pinned barrel.

    34-1 2" Nickel

Asking $755, no box, but looks virtually new! I may try to put together a trade for it and a Sig 1911 STX they have. Looks exactly like yours, except stocks are darker, more contrasting grain and glossy. Yours is a beauty! What year was yours made?

    34-1 2" Nickel

A 34-1, 2" Nickel caught my eye today at a LGS (along with a couple of SIG 1911's!). In the two minutes I had to look at it (wife was in the car!) and write down specifics, it looked great, the nickel was flawless...not a scratch/mark and the stocks look new, and color case on hammer and trigger...

Model 60 No Dash, Pinned Barrel

Well, I'm 'guessing $550 was certainly a 'fair' price, I went back today to buy it and it was already gone! I saw it Friday afternoon, 'snoozed' on it Saturday (while posting the question here on Friday), the LGS was closed on Sunday, and 'lost' it by Monday. 'SNOOZE=LOSE' !

    S&W Model 18-3

Right or wrong, that's what I've always 'understood' the reasoning (by S&W) for having 'identical' models of 'Combat Masterpiece' revolvers for police and military....22 for training and 38 for 'real'. Same 'feel' (basically!), lower cost training. Maybe S&W historians here know the 'rest of the...

    S&W Model 18-3

Having the letter can only add value should you decide to sell later.

    S&W Model 18-3

I'm not doubting that it's all factory, box label would have shed some light, but I'm sure you knew that. It's a good looker, but I don't 'need' a second one....at this time!

    S&W Model 18-3

Do you have the original box, I'm assuming not?

    S&W Model 18-3

@JP@AK, Thanks for the clarification/education. Looks like one can't be called 'wrong' by using either name....as long as 'Target' is dropped fron the vocabulary! To be on the safe side, I might just start reffering to hammers, triggers, and grips as 'wide, wide, and big'...WWB in place of TTT...

    Opinion on Eagle Grips

@NY-1, Sorry to hear of your bad luck on multiple sets. My experience has been good (so far!) on 3 sets for Smith revolvers and 5 sets for 1911's and 1 Llama 380. As far as grain looks, the Magnas you show are 'Super Blackwood', which is a impregnated laminate. The ones I posted above are solid...
