Let's see your Law Enforcement Marked Smiths!

@Sevens post inspired me to share this one. Post war M&P, I don’t think that it is a PD gun but maybe a security guard’s gun issued to him when he does his rounds around the plant. Scratched in markings on frame below cylinder. CSG9

Like I said earlier, my 1937 38/44 isn’t marked but does letter to a PD.

    LEO Marked S&W Semi-Autos

I have these two; 4003TSW marked Atlanta Police and a 469 with large numbers stamped on the frame which I was told was a PD gun but no idea of agency. I don’t know if it really is or not but I don’t know of any other reason to mark the frame like that.

The 66-1 I bought 15+ years ago from the father of a western KS municipal chief of police who told me that it was from Haskell County SO, carried plain clothes and was marked (cryptically IMO) with electro pencil. But after looking at the info from @EEResQ I believe that it may have been an...

I agree, buy the second one. My 10-5 is one of my favorite K frames

    Cataract Surgery Question

I had both eyes done about 6 months apart in 2021. I opted for the advanced procedure with some out of pocket expense. I had my right (dominant) eye done with a “near” lense and my left eye done with a “far” lense. The improvement in vision was immediate. My right eye especially was just...

    Couple More 28's

@DEF3 The model 28 is my favorite N frame. You cannot have too many. I also agree with you about more than one model 15. My 28-2s with my much newer 27-9

    Pocketknives

@holo That is a great display! You’ve inspired me to try something similar. Much better than sitting in a drawer like mine are now.
