Magcommander is good to go! If I recall correctly, he is a vet that does this in his spare time. I've ordered from him twice, and both times I had the mags within 3 days. Even received a hand written thank you note for the purchase. Oh, and they are definitely factory mags.

They're starting to show up on the Distributor websites, although, not in stock yet. So hopefully in a few months, any store will have them.

Take the mag apart and make sure there aren't 2 followers in it! I have seen a couple reports of this happening to guys, and both times, it was a shield 9mm mag.
