I have a value question here. I have a P/R 19-4 in nickel. The gun is perfect, the nickel is gorgeous. It has a Nelson Ford action job. Unfortunately it also has 2 small initials etched into the underside of the triggerguard. Not gouged and not large but there. What do you folks think this...
I was told by someone selling one that 649's of the 80's all had flash chromed internals, hammer, and trigger. Due to cost cutting that was discontinued in the 90's.
