I'm pretty new to this stuff but are Mini-Mags really worth 17 cents a pop?? Or is it the same "they're available, so grab em at whatever price you can!!!" kind of deals?

The Wal-mart in my town has the same 3 box limit but ammo is only sold from 8am - 8pm. If the 9:30 stocking time is true for everywhere, I'm assuming maybe its to keep people from coming in at that time and buying everything from that shipment and they trying to have some in stock for the next...
