FFL transfers - Has anyone had this problem?

"Is all of this normal? I can only guess it's because they wish they had the sale". Here they ask for the purchase price because they charge state sales tax after the fact. Their FFL "service" is also a profit center so they can add additional fees as they see fit. In other words, yes, they...

    Coach gun time...

I ordered the 12 ga. black / nickel over-under, single trigger last year. When it arrived the barrels were filthy and the breech was impossible to open / close without herculean strength. I refused it. Fortunately the lgs I ordered it from originally had in their inventory a side by side walnut...

    Too much gun?

Well, this being wheel gun paradise, Personally, I'd feel more comfortable with a Para Ordnance P-12 .45. Smaller Officers model size, 12 + 1 capacity, easy to carry / conceal and a big knock down punch to the critters that concern you. It's a great combination of fire power & stopping power.

Could be because Hitler used that exact model and caliber to commit suicide and for years it was the "James Bond" carry weapon.

new to me walther380 ppks dating

Thanks for the insight of "post 68" manufacturing for the PPK/s. Obviously several different manufactures / importers over the years. In the state of California (USA) new .380 or .32 PPK/s are not for sale as they are not listed on the "state approved" list. I feel fortunate to have located...

I too just got a used PPK/s and the serial number is very close to your's. It's .380, blue, no box or documents and serial # is 018670. It's marked Interarms, made in USA. Came with 2 mags, 1 with finger rest, 1 without. Overall condition is so-so.
