I don't think Radian offers anything for the 15-22 anymore. There does seem to a fair number of other manufacturers making similar items, though: 1) NDZ 2) Next Level Armament 3) Rainier Arms 4) Trybe I have no experience with any of the above.

There are "starter" roll pin punches that have a sized cavity on the end and are designed to slightly compress, or at least not allow the pin to expand, when struck. They drive part way in, then you can switch to the dimpled version.

My last form 1 went through in less than 30 days. That was about a month ago. I don't expect that to remain true moving forward, however. I think the estimates for braced pistols are in the 30 million range. I don't understand how the ATF can waive the $200 tax without congressional input and...

Is that a one-stamp upper? That looks like fun.

Could also be an issue of tensioning the barrel and flexing it some. The handguard is not free floated, so sandbagging it might put tension one direction, then offhand, tensioning it in another. Something to consider.

The images for both look the same. I can't imagine where they'd put a safety, other than the normal selector switch.

Sugru, yes. I've used that a number of times: good stuff. A friend of mine used Sugru for a similar purpose (filling in a spot on a pistol's grip). Sent a pic in to their, "How did you use it?" page and they were not amused. Apparently, they don't like guns.

Instamorph moldable plastic. Available on Amazon.

Standard M4 style flip up irons (plastics) will work fine. Some came with Magpul Mbuis sights and earlier ones came with a set of fixed M4 style irons. About the only spares I've looked into is the extractor parts (spring, plunger, and extractor). The MP-22 has been known to blow those parts...

You woudn't happen to have disassebled your magazines recently, would you?

I've tried various subsonic .22lr (including the CCI Quiet) in my SW MP15-22 and none were reliable even with the suppressor mounted. Standard velocity at a minimum. The Quiet stuff cycles fine in a Remington 552 Speedmaster.

I suppose they might subscribe to the school of thought that a hit with .22lr is better than a miss with .223. Maybe not, since the sight setup left something to be desired.
