Picked up a 4563 a couple of years ago to join my 6906. I love it. Shoot it much better than the 6906, tend to pull the smaller pistol more. I've got Hogue grips on both of mine and love them. Robert

Picked up a used 6906 a few years ago and loved it. Houge grips came with it and I like them. Used it as my carry piece and it was reliable to a fault. Ran a few handloads through it that seemed to hang up and keep the gun from fully going to battery. Only had that happen with the handloads...

Love my 6906 also, but gotta disagree with the Hogue grips. I love mine. It fits my hand perfectly. Picked up a 4563 this weekend and had a choice between one with the Hogue grips and one with stock grips. Went with the Hogues. Again, it fit my hand much better. Robert

It is a pretty awesome feeling. I popped a few through my grandfather's 4th model this year. I had a hard time believing it is about 111 years old (see my earlier post on the gun here). Action is real smooth and fires wonderfully. However it has more heirloom value than value as a shooter, so...
