I found a post by Roy where he explains that any factory sight combination was offered at no charge on the pre-27. As a result it was not always listed on the invoice. There was a charge for a target hammer and trigger, so they are listed.
There is another pre-27 pictured in this thread that, like yours, does not have the red ramp. A third pre-27 does. Hard to figure out more from a sample of size three. More posts might help.
