    Well, kids, I gotta' tell ya, these little babies are like brand new pistols! No, I haven't had a chance to go shoot 'em- just received this evening about six-ish but they are so smooth! Wow!     Did it all with email. No problem with it being warranty work as long as the serial number is as noted. Sent mine off last Wednesday 10/07 and expect 'em back by next weekend. Will note improvements/changes upon receipt. Pack and ship as required on their website via FedEx with proper account...

    Thanks for your help! Elsewhere on the Forum, I found a authorized Smith & Wesson service center and asked the same question. Not only could the trigger pull be addressed but it's done under the Lifetime Warranty. Depending on serial number; three letters followed by four numbers, and its done...

    Sorry to ask a question that has been addressed before but could not locate an answer. Wife wants to learn to shoot. Trigger(s) too hard for her to pull smoothly. Can the pull be lightened without creating other reliability issues? Thanks for your advice and suggestions.
