I just picked up a 69 today and my notch looks even worse than that. The whole shroud has probably 1/8 to 3/16 slop from side to side. One side of the tab is visibly bent outward/downward allowing the movement. Didn't catch it until I got it home, it was a Davidson's and I'd already paid in...

So I picked up a new 69 today, and the shroud is so loose it will rotate a good 1/8 or 3/16ths from side to side. Anyone else had this issue (my search fu is poor evidently)? It's clearly a return, but it was too late to call CS this afternoon. My first Smith that's been bad from the factory.
