Funny, my dad and I just had this conversation the other day. He, at 78 yrs old, has none, out of MANY weapons. I have owned 4 over the years, currently only have 2 (Shield Plus PC and a Ruger LC9s). As what seems to be a "standard" caliber, it seems to be the least owned one by many who have...
Enjoy that plus PC. I got one a month ago, love the capacity, the look, and everything about it. Not using the CT red dot though .

I have a CHP issued 4006TSW (nearly same gun in .40 cal). Great gun, easy shooter and one of my favorites. A little on the heavier side so it’s never a EDC but I’d like to some time.

Whats your latest purchase? "guns/accessories"
Recently picked up a new Shield Plus 9mm Performance Center, 4” barrel with fiber sights and included CT red dot. The red dot is ok but can’t leave it on till I find a holster to fit the whole package. So far loving this gun with the...
I see zero use for it. You want a powerful Shield? Get a .40 shield and swap the barrel for .357 sig like I did. Yowzer!

Any regular shield 45 holster should fit AS LONG AS the bottom is open. If it’s enclosed you’ll need a different one. I just got a Shield Plus Performance Center and can’t use any of my Shield holsters since they are closed at the bottom. So I’m searching for one to fit that gun.

Just grabbed a new in box G43 at a pawn shop. For $320. I was amazed. First Glock I’ve purchased, didn’t really need it, but for that price it’s at the least a great trading piece down the road. I’ll try it out and maybe put in CCW rotation if I like it.

For plinking/range time, in 9mm, mostly Winchester NATO, Blazer, and PPU NATO.
For .45, mostly Fiocchi and some Federal. Bulk deals usually.

You’re correct... anything that is for the 9 or 40 is too small for the 45. But, most all of my Shield 45 holsters will also hold the 9 and 40.

Or you if you have a .40 cal, chances are you can get a drop in barrel. As long it’s a Sig, S&W M&P (FS or Shield) and maybe a couple others.
