Hi folks,
I'm looking for a 50+ year old (1963 or earlier) S&W model 34 or 36 2" snubby in 22L or 38 special in very clean condition.

Thanks,

I'm looking for a S&W Model 34 or pre-34, 2" snubby in 22LR - essentially the same as you see below. A revolver from the 50s would be ideal but I can go as late as a '63 manufacture date.
Thanks!
Eric
Thanks, CWH44300. I haven't shot it yet. I've been so focused on my hunting rifles. I'm going to take it to the range soon and have some new Herritt's grips that I need to get installed.

Not Calguns, 24hourcampfire.com. I really lucked out getting this gun. I saw someone else snag it within minutes of it being posted in the classifieds, and I sent him a message saying I'll pay $50 over what he paid anytime he wants to sell it. I got a message a few months later when he needed...
Tom - I haven't shot it yet but hope to do so this weekend. The Tamer grips may work just fine. I expect I'll be using them for awhile until I get used to the gun. I may buy some wood grips and switch it up just to see the difference. You never know until you try.
SmithMarine - Good input...
I agree, it's the people in the Nat'l Forests that are a greater danger. I bought this MG for fun and will experiment with a variety of loads. When I venture into bear country I'll be taking it with as backup to my 375 H&H. ;)
Gaijin - Thanks for the explanation on your Herrett grips. I'm...
Cobrad - The MGs are calling your name....! ;)
SmithMarine - A lot of folks really like the Jordan Troopers. I'm wondering how those grips would stack up against the Shooting Master grips. I'll have to give Herretts a call maybe and discuss. Real world experience/input is very much...
