    M&P 2.0 10mm range report

Do think that as time has passed, maybe the kinks have been worked on such that it's a lean mean shooting machine now?

Can you make this stainless L frame look like this stainless L frame?

I used Mother's Mag Polish and a rag. This 66-2 was a brushed SS finish when I purchased it. I had a few marks on it. I decided to give it a bright finish. You can see the S&W emblem is still very apparent. "][/URL]

    Box for my 686-4

Hey, I would like to find a box my 686-4, round butt, 4" barrel revolver. I would prefer one that has a blank sticker on the end so that I might put in the specs for my revolver. You guessed it, it didn't come with a box, or paper work such as a manual. Thanks in advance to any and all.

I just found out that the grips are Eagle grips. This particular grip is the Combat series and are rosewood. Combat - S&W K/L Frame Round Butt Checkered Rosewood Grips

I am not sure who made the grips but for some reason I am thinking Hogue. This particular 686-4 has the round instead of square butt on the grips. The grips on here are round butt conversion with finger grooves. It also has checkering on the panels. Thanks

    My New Family Member

Hi to all. Today I have filled a very empty spot in my family. I had a 686-6 post lock .357 magnum that I sold a few months ago. I just did not feel I could trust the internal lock, or at least that is how I felt. Today I purchased a 686-4 pre lock .357 magnum. It has also has a very nice...

whats the most sought after s&w revolvers??

I would guess that to begin with, any revolver that is pre-lock. I also would hazard a guess any revolver if used that is in excellent shape with a low round count and is in a snubby configuration.

Heat and air guys, how do I find a good contractor? Also, central vs mini split?

I could refer someone very good to you if you are local. However I am in NC and do not know where you are. I recently had to replace my ac/heatpump. I went to Angie's List and check the dealers listed. I made my choice from that.

What would be your choice for EDC semi

The LE version of the PPS M2 9 mm. comes with a 6,7, & 8 round mag.

The best all around do everything pistol!

I agree. The model 66 is hard to beat. I am still looking for that certain pre-lock 686 revolver to compliment my 66-2 .357 mag. with the 4 inch barrel.

    Pricing of a Pre-Lock Revolver

I still haven't got that snobby. I have started looking at pre-lock 4 inch 686s though. I also still find it hard to realize a 4 inch 686 should be more than $800. But time passes and I continue to learn.
