    The gritty feel is usually caused by the factory firing pin block plunger. A change to the Apex plunger will get rid of it.

    I own M&Ps and Glocks and prefer the crisp reset of the Glock trigger. Sure, you can learn aby trigger system but that doesn't change personal preferences. Shooting from the reset with a Glock is more like shooting a single action. I put the Apex Duty kit in one of the M&Ps & while it helped...

    Storm Lake make a drop-in 5" .357 sig barrel (Part # SW-MPP-357-00T-0P-5.01 ). You can order one directly from them. As for adding the thumb safety....sorry ....you can't do it. S&W has restricted the parts necessary for you to do this.

    Could just be cosmetic What's the inside look like? Do you see any shadow in the bore? I'd give customer service a call & see what they say.

    I'm just trying to be helpful but I guess it comes down to what you think the definition of "any" is. When I went to school it meant "all" or "every" when used in this context. Maybe you were out the day they went over that. I think the meaning is obvious as hell to %99.9 of those that read it.
