    1920-1940 Remington Knives

Hi, I haven't written here for a long time. I recently discovered these old Remingtons and they are great. Now I'm looking for an old catalog from 1930, it's called C-5 and it was reprinted in the 60s, does anyone have it or their other catalog C30?

Anyone actually use a Randall Knife

mic214 Great collection of rifles :) I wonder if anyone has a similar fighter? Predecessor of the current #4-6F. I saw this photo once on a German forum in 2011 and on some other forum, and then I didn’t see it again. Blade about 8 inches

Cool, congratulations! Recently I went on a short trip. Lost the frame for the tent, I and my friends had to use flexible branches. There was still a lot of other work with a thicker and strong tree, but there was no time for photo shooting.

New 10-3 with Drop Point blade direct from Gary Clinton, ~7 months expectation :) Life is too short and can quickly break off, so I'll use it, I do not care about the loss of value :) If we start from pure pragmatism, then I would have had enough in my whole life a one Mora knife #1 or #2, as...

rhm0351, I wonder if you got your #15? I made a modification, more precisely my friend :) who had golden (or steel) hands, made a small re-grind. Now the knife has a finer grinding and cuts like a laser! For everyday use I took 2 more small folding knives and waiting news from the store -...

Hard to say, like a fake in my opinion.. But I'm not a pro, pro here :) Knifetalk Forums - Forums powered by UBB.threads™ But it is only at first glance, it is too little used, it is very rare, very-very rare. If possible, please take a photo of the back of the sheath, sharpening stone and...

It is not so, nearly :) And the fact that stainless steel is inferior carbon, it's just the old prejudices. It can be said - the inertia of thinking. This statement is gone 20-30 in the early years, when the level of steel was approximately equal of a modern stainless steel AISI 420 (most cheap...

Anyone actually use a Randall Knife

I'm a little updated its collection of knives. Bought Model 8 (1971) and model 3 (1991). I was happy like a child for several days. Then I cut a little excess metal model 8 that the balance was closer to the blade. Now I will use them until I die and pass on the legacy :) In the picture there...

I recently got a model 27 mini Stainless and model 5 Carbon, everything was done perfectly. I feel sorry that you are not lucky. I heard that was a problem for one person with the model 10. He had a crack in the blade - defect steel. Shop very quickly replaced the knife.

Anyone actually use a Randall Knife

Hello everyone!:) I recently purchased a knife Randall model 10-5". This knife I really like. I bought it already in use in ebay.com. I take it with me on a fishing trip, hiking in the forest, using the kitchen. He really liked my girlfriend. Now, I think about buying a model 14 or 16, but has...
