It appears to be possibly a Victory model that has been cut down. There should be markings on the right side of the barrel, and the front site is incorrect. Additionally, the front locking lug (possibly wrong term) is missing in front to the ejector rod.

I have a 337 Ti, with the factory rubber grips it was almost impossible to hang on to. Felt like I only had two fingers on the grip. Changed out the grips to Hogues and then to Crimson Trace. Much better.
Now I carry it everyday, as a bug.
Without actually test fitting them to a weapon, they sure look to be 39/59 grips. I got out my 59 and every notch and hole appear to be in the correct spot.

you can pick up a CREE R2 led bulb unit fairly cheap. $8 - $12. eBay or just Google CREE R2. they drop in to replace the bulb in surefires. And their significantly brighter.
