A LGS has a new old stock 586-3 matte black finish with 6" barrel. Asking price is 700. Is that a good price ?

Bought a New Old Stock 686 no dash 4inch. Just call up S&W customer service and they will send me the label to send it back for M modification. I want to convert the barrel to 3" as well but they do not have any in stock.

See them going for about 1000 to 1100 on gunbroker. That's for 4 inch that I am interested in. Don't know if 6" command more.

The last one is not dash 5. It's dash 6 with the lock.

Just bought one this morning for 344.95. I guess I bought the last one in stock because after I checked out, it listed as temporarely out of stock.

On second inspection, the gun looks like it has been fired with turn mark, although not much. Should never trust the dealer. Is it still ok price ?

Really ? It was there on Friday and I didn't buy it till Sunday. Seems nobody want them. I was mainly looking for older unfired S&W and also saw a 686 for about the same price. I decided to get the 625-3 instead.

Bought a 625-3 4" at Chantilly show for 775 plus taxes. It's unfired with box. Did I do OK ?
