    You mention bobbing the hammer. I am asking your opinion on who can bob the hammer so it looks exactly like that on the rare PC-13 4. I have several for which I would love that hammer. My 3" Lew Horton 681 could use that also. Thanks to anyone for info.

    Not 100% on this BUT I do have an M.S. in C.J. Prosecutors prosecute innocent people, often. In order to do this they PRESUME guilt. Otherwise prosecutions would be pointless. Also when they convict an innocent person prosecutors are immune from penalties by litigation. Correct me where I am...
