Smith shipped the Victory at 9:55am yesterday morning and I signed for it at 1:05 this afternoon! Fabulous service! Heading to the range in the morning!
To add to the great customer service was:
A- the rep admitted that Smith may be the ones that tried to correct the ejector issue but their fault that it did not work.
B-the Victory is being sent via Fedex overnight mail and I will have it back tomorrow!

UPDATE-UPDATE!! Just got off the phone with Smith and was told that they found the ejector out of alignment so they replaced the top half of the firearm. They then fired 5 mags through without an issue. The firearm will be mailed back today!
