Just got a Model 686-5, 357 Magnum with a 5" barrel with a full lug. It is stainless steel and has adjustable rear sights (v notch type) and a HiViz front sight. Serial number CEP4XXX. It came with a rubber grip. I'm having a real challenge finding references to this particular configuration...
